a How-to for making your own bottles & mixed drinks for Tru:Blood. *****PLEASE do not message me here for the label file! My email is in the video! Sorry guys, I just don’t check my messages here that often and I often get people asking for them with no return address***** ATTENTION: I do not advocate underage drinking. This is simply a guide for anyone who IS of legal drinking age to follow to make their own drink for parties and such. I’m sure the drinks would taste just as good without the vodka if you wish to include underage fans in your parties. ^_^ Please note: I do not work for any of the companies mentioned in the video. I do not get paid by any of them for promotional purposes. I simply like their products. Tru:Blood, True Blood & logo property of HBO (trubeverage.com) VAMP NRG, Dracula Supernatural Energy Drink & Vampyre Vodka property of TI Beverage Group Ltd. (vampire.com) V8 V-Fusion juice property of Campbell’s. **Yes, I know they are now making an actual drink that will be available in September 2009. I made this video BEFORE they did. And I put the note on the video before the pre-order even started. I ordered 2 4-packs myself just seconds after they updated trubeverage.com. However, I am keeping this video up because this is a fan video for a mixed drink recipe. I really don’t see how I would be in competition with the actual product. Also, I offer the labels I made to anyone, in all 4 blood types. The Blood Orange soda is only available in type O.**

hotandhealthyliving.com This past weekend Andy and I took Blake and my mom to Orlando to visit my cousin Elizabeth and to go to Universal Studios. Since Ive lived in Florida practically my entire life going to the Orlando theme parks is nothing out of the ordinary for me. And, since Ive been so many times I pretty much know what to expect when it comes to the food. After at least 20 trips to theme parks on numerous occasions I know for sure if you want something decent to eat you pretty much need to think ahead and make a reservation at one of the sit-down restaurants no matter which theme park you go to—otherwise chances are slim to none youll be eating anything remotely healthy! (Just an FYI, for this trip we ate at Lombardos fish restaurant inside Universal Studios. I was pleasantly surprised as there were plenty of super tasty and very healthy options.) As for snacking in theme parks (or anywhere on the go) I dont like to leave my hunger to chance. When traveling, I always carry something healthy packed away in my purse. I jam enough stuff into my purse as is so whatever I pack needs to not take up a lot of space. For this trip I decided to try something new I found at Whole Foods Market called Amazing Meal made by AMAZING GRASS (actually I had packed two new things to try but the first turned out to be totally inedible—healthy as it was even I couldnt bring myself to drink it. I wont name names though!) Amazing Meal on the other hand is a powdered blend of whole

hotandhealthyliving.com Hot & Healthy Find: Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Whole Grain Pasta (with 15-minute Whole Foods Recipe) Ive always loved pasta; its just one of those foods I dont think I could ever give up. Now that Im a busy mom with a family to take care of Ive learned to appreciate pasta for its convenience and versatility too! I wont eat the nutrient-poor white stuff though (which pretty much means no pasta at restaurants). I made the switch to whole grain pasta years ago when I started eating a whole foods diet, but in the last four or five years Ive discovered sprouted whole grain pasta. While regular whole grain pasta is still fine, sprouting takes whole grains to a whole new level. Thats because sprouting is the only way to release all of the vital nutrients stored within whole grains. The sprouting process starts by germinating whole grains in pure filtered water. This activates beneficial enzymes, which causes sprouting and releases the nutrients within the whole grain that would otherwise lay inactive. Since Im always looking to maximize nutrition whenever possible sprouted pasta is right up my alley My favorite brand is Food for Life Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Pasta (its available in Whole Foods Market, natural foods stores and some mainstream supermarkets). And, yes, it tastes good! It has a pleasant, mild, nutty-like flavor and a slightly meaty, hearty texture. And, with 7 grams of fiber and 9 grams of protein per serving, it is a very FILLING whole food. I

View The go Green Challenge Page Here: www.ph-ion.com Green Drink, Green Foods, Supergreens: Popularity of green drinks and green foods supplements has risen significantly over the past few years. While there are currently dozens of greens on the market, they are not the same and we want to make sure you are aware of the differences. When considering a “greens” product, there are 7 things you should take in account: 1. Is it alkalizing? 2. Is it just powder or is it juice powder? 3. Does it contain organic ingredients? 4. What is the actual cost per gram? 5. How does it taste? 6. Does it come in a capsule form? 7. Are you really paying for greens or cheap fillers? Many greens contain acidifying ingredients, fillers, suspect sweetners, and only whole leaf powders. We compare the following brands: Garden Of Life Perfect Food Super Greens, Innerlight SuperGreens, New Greens, Amazing Grass, Greens+,and pHion Green. www.phionbalance.com www.phionbalance.com
